Where can I find an antique men’s Wedding band with some interesting history?
I am marrying my best friend and soul mate. We’ve been best friends since 1998 and we have three beautiful children. I want to get this man something special, I was looking on the Honorable Company’s webs site but the ring that I had been saving for had been sold. It was from the Viking Era, was a size 11still wearable and after the husband had died the wife drilled small holes in it to wear it around her neck. Obviously this was a couple that loved each other very much. He loves history, dolphins and when I experssed my dissapointment when I found out it had been sold he said that he thought it was really special of me to give him something with that much history and meaning. We haven’t talked about it in a few months and he’s forgotten so I’m looking agian. Does anyone know of a site that sells authentic Midevil, Roman and or other jewlery? I feel very strongly that this is what I want to give him. Any ideas? I relies that they weren’t always called wedding bands what else?
